EASY-CHANGE Gullet System: Complete Kit
The EASY-CHANGE Gullet System: Complete Kit is a set of five gullet plates with the EASY-CHANGE Gullet Gauge, spare tools and an instruction booklet, for saddles fitted with the standard EASY-CHANGE Gullet System.
The gullet plate sits between the tree points and sets the width of the Elastiflex tree from the waist to the tree points. Swap the plate and you change the width, so your saddle can keep up as your horse gains or loses condition.
Genuine plates are rigid, so they do not spread or change shape in normal use, and each size is color coded. Non-genuine parts void the warranty, and standard plates must not be used in WIDE saddles.
Together, the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System and the EASY-CHANGE Riser System are the EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution: the Gullet System changes the width of the Elastiflex tree, and the Riser System changes the depth of the panel to alter the balance. On HART saddles, the EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution is part of HART.

Why is there no Medium (black) gullet in the kit?
Medium is fitted as standard in most saddles with the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System. If your saddle came with a different gullet, such as a Medium Narrow, the Medium is available as an individual gullet.Can I use this kit in a WIDE or cob saddle?
No. Saddles with the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System WIDE need the WIDE kit. Mixing standard and WIDE plates can distort the tree and is not covered by the warranty.Can I change the gullet myself?
Yes. The plates swap in minutes with the tools in the kit, following the instruction booklet. If you are not sure which width your horse needs, ask a saddle fitter. -
Five gullet plates: Narrow (yellow), Medium Narrow (green), Medium Wide (blue), Wide (red) and Extra Wide (white). Also spare tools, an instruction booklet and the EASY-CHANGE Gullet Gauge. Medium (black) is not included, as it is the gullet most standard saddles come with.
